What stories do you know about the mythical character Odin?
Odin Makes Man
At the beginning of the world's size, the ancestors of the gods began to consider the creation of a creature that would be able to inhabit the rich and fertile earth. The three gods often walked between the heavens and the earth with this question in mind, inspecting their performance in creating the heavens and the earth.
One day, while Odin, Willi, and Vi were walking on the beach, the waves washed up two pieces of wood, one Ash and one Elm. The gods picked them up and, thinking that they would be just the right material for the creation of a human being, began to carve them into two separate human figures with their knives. As a result of the gods' careful carving, the Fraxinus section took the form of a lifelike man, while the Elm took the form of a woman. Once the trees were formed, the three gods breathed life into them.
