Second, the application scope of multi-curve mixer:

Multi-curve mixer (vertical mixer) is suitable for mixing liquid with liquid, liquid with solid, liquid with gas in environmental protection, chemical industry, energy industry and other industries, especially for sewage treatment and water purification projects, as follows:

1. Stirring in the regulating tank: The regulating tank is used to regulate the peak water volume and peak load in sewage treatment projects, with the aim of achieving uniform stirring, and is usually used in industrial projects, such as breweries, printing and dyeing plants, paper mills, etc.

2. Mixing and coagulation and stirring: used for dissolving and stirring chemicals in water treatment and coagulation and stirring chemicals and water; That is, if the treatment process requires additional chemical treatment, such as adding lime or other sewage treatment chemicals.

The upper surface of the curved impeller body of QDJ and GDJ series curved mixers is a hyperboloid structure formed by the rotation of hyperbolic generatrix around the axis of the impeller body. Its unique impeller structure design combines fluid characteristics with mechanical movement to the greatest extent. The equation of hyperbola is the surface formed by the rotation of xy=b curve along y axis; In order to meet the flow of water, the water is designed from the center of the impeller, which on the one hand reduces the turbulence of the inlet water, on the other hand ensures the uniform pressure of the liquid on the impeller surface, thus ensuring the balance of the whole machine in motion. Eight guide vanes are evenly distributed on the divergent hyperboloid, and the self-weight pressure of liquid is used as a supplement, and the potential energy obtained by centrifugal force generated when the impeller rotates forms kinetic energy. Under the action of gravity acceleration, the liquid moves tangentially along the circumferential direction of the impeller through the transition of the hyperboloid structure, and under the reflection of the pool wall, a top-down circulating water flow is formed, so as to obtain an axial (Y) and radial (X) intersecting water flow (such as hyperboloid flow pattern).

Multi-curve mixer is used to dissolve various treatment chemicals or make raw water and coagulant react quickly to meet the process requirements. 2) Structure description

(5) Motor requirements

Eight, application selection

The choice of QDJ and GDJ is exactly the same, but the installation method is different. Like other types of mixers, the choice of multi-faceted mixer is related to the parameters such as pool shape, volume, liquid depth, medium concentration, temperature and PH value.

The selection of multi-curve mixer is mainly based on the effective service area of each multi-curve mixer and the principle that the ratio of pool length to pool width is not more than twice, and the rectangular pool is divided into several equal working units to determine the number of mixers.

In addition, if the water depth exceeds 8 meters or the liquid concentration exceeds the specified value, the power should be increased or the working speed of the multi-faceted mixer should be increased when selecting to ensure the mixing effect in large-capacity and high-concentration liquid. QSJ series multi-faceted mixer can be selected under normal working conditions, and GSJ series multi-faceted mixer can be selected under high temperature, high corrosion and harsh corrosive environment. Installation steps of GDJ series multi-curve mixer

1, the bridge should be horizontally corrected, the half-bridge column should be vertically corrected, and the anchor bolts and connectors should be firm and reliable.

2. Place the shock absorber flat on the designated position of the bridge, and fix it with the bridge after leveling.

3. The reduction motor is installed on the damping seat and connected and fixed.

4. Connect the impeller and the flange of the mixing shaft with bolts and tighten them.

5. Put the impeller and the mixing shaft into the pool, and connect the mixing shaft with the output shaft of the reducer. When there is water, first connect the shaft with the impeller and put it into the water, then connect the shaft with the reducer.

6. After the installation of the multi-faceted mixer, the mixing shaft must be vertical to the horizontal plane, and the vertical deviation is less than 1 and 1000.

7. After the installation, remove the motor tail cover, move the blades by hand, and check whether the multi-curve mixer is flexible and normal. The swing deviation of the mixing shaft should be less than 3/ 1000.

8. After turning on the power supply, observe the conveying direction of the mixing shaft by inching, and the correct conveying direction is counterclockwise from top to bottom. Otherwise, arbitrarily change the wiring positions of the two power supplies.

9, electrical equipment installation must comply with the relevant provisions of the state and safety regulations.

Installation steps of QDJ multi-curve mixer series

1. Start the machine on shore for a short time and observe the running direction of the impeller. The correct running direction is counterclockwise from top to bottom. Otherwise, switch the wiring positions of the two power supplies at will.

2. Separate and fix the motor cable from the sling. Do not connect the cable wire rope together, and prevent the wire rope and cable from being involved in the impeller.

3. Lift the multi-curved surface with a crane and slowly put it into the specified position in the pool, taking care not to hit the pool wall.

4. Fix one end of the fixing rope on the shore, and electrically control the cabinet cable.

X. product operation of multi-surface mixer:

After the equipment is installed, it must be put into trial operation. Before trial operation, water about 70% of the tank volume must be injected into the tank. Never run the equipment without water, so as not to bend the mixing shaft due to uneven force. Pay attention to the inspection after commissioning:

1, whether there is abnormal noise and temperature rise of the deceleration motor.

2. Whether the motor current is within the rated value (overcurrent is normal when starting)

XI。 Maintenance of multi-surface mixer;

1. The new machine starts to run for 200~300 hours, so it is necessary to replace the reducer lubricating oil and clean up the internal oil pollution. 2. Regularly check whether the lock nut and connecting bolt of the mixing shaft are loose.
