As a Xiushan seeking for agriculture and industry to go hand in hand, vigorously developing agricultural products processing industry will provide strong support for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.

First, the foundation is solid and the industry has begun to take shape.

Our county is rich in agricultural products resources, and the conditions for developing agricultural products processing industry are unique. At present, the honeysuckle base in the county has reached 30 1 10,000 mu, and the planting area ranks first in the country; More than 654.38+00000000 chickens are slaughtered every year, which is the highest in western China. In addition, in recent years, the county has intensified the adjustment of agricultural structure, increased the popularization rate of improved varieties of crops, and increased the famous, special and excellent agricultural products year by year. All these have laid a solid foundation for the development of agricultural products processing industry, especially food processing industry in our county.

Compared with neighboring counties, the processing industry of agricultural products in our county started earlier, and the primary processing of tea and sufu was formed earlier. In recent years, our county has further increased its support, and the agricultural product processing industry has begun to take shape, forming a characteristic agricultural product processing industry with honeysuckle, tea and native chicken as the pillars, tofu, preserved eggs, konjac powder and high-quality grain and oil processing as the auxiliary, and initially forming a processing system for herbal tea drinks, honeysuckle pieces and chlorogenic acid extraction. Although our county has planned to develop agricultural products processing in Area C of Meijiang Town, the supporting policies are insufficient. Many leading agricultural products processing enterprises have directly settled in the comprehensive park in Area A, and the agglomeration and distribution effects have not been effectively exerted.

(3) Factor constraints still exist. In addition, the seasonal characteristics of agricultural products processing industry make financing very difficult.

Circulation barriers are hard to break. Although China's logistics has developed rapidly, it is still in its infancy. The circulation subject has low quality, small scale, low transportation and marketing ability and poor anti-risk ability. Intermediary circulation organizations are scarce, and product throughput needs to be strengthened. The second is the characteristic agricultural processing based on honeysuckle. Due to the rejection of honeysuckle in the north, the prospect of honeysuckle in the south is worrying. The transformation of honeysuckle industry into beverage and food deep processing will properly solve the industrial dilemma. On the basis of the existing herbal tea processing production line, our county can take the lead in building a number of processing brands, support the leader of 1-2 industry, and make Xiushan a distribution center for deep processing of honeysuckle in the south. Secondly, tea in our county has a long history, but at present only a few enterprises such as Zhong Ling Tea Factory have small production lines. To make tea processing industry bigger, we must rely on local tea factories to continue to increase support and further become bigger and stronger. In addition, local chicken, camellia oleifera and other characteristic industries have developed greatly in recent years, but their corresponding deep processing industries have not yet formed a climate.

(3) Concentrate necessary resources to build an industrial leader. First, actively cultivate leading enterprises. It is necessary to encourage talented people in rural areas, large households or joint ventures to set up projects such as processing, storage, preservation, transportation and marketing of agricultural products, and lengthen the agricultural industrial chain; It is necessary to actively introduce foreign capital to set up leading processing enterprises, take the development of leading agricultural products processing enterprises as the focus of attracting investment, and build, transform and graft leading processing enterprises; Encourage and mobilize all social forces to invest in leading enterprises in agricultural products processing, and actively encourage and strive for more large enterprises to invest in processing projects in our county. Second, strive to support processing enterprises. (4) Break through the circulation barrier and build a distribution center. Wuling mountain area is a typical agricultural area with many characteristic agricultural products. Affected by geographical conditions, it is difficult to market without a perfect circulation system. First, we must expand circulation channels. Constructing a good market circulation platform for characteristic agricultural products can greatly save the circulation cost and shorten the circulation time, which is also essential for the development of characteristic agriculture in Wuling Mountain area. In recent years, our county's logistics sales network has taken shape. Focusing on the logistics park, we should pay close attention to the construction of agricultural products circulation system in Wuling mountain area, which is conducive to strengthening the industrial agglomeration and distribution effect of agricultural products processing. We can establish an authoritative agricultural product market information network, build an information platform for agricultural product circulation, provide timely and accurate price information, production information and inventory information for agricultural product producers and operators, and provide medium and long-term market prediction and analysis. Second, we should develop cold chain logistics. Establish a diversified investment mechanism of "enterprises as the main body, government guidance and multi-party participation", form a linkage system of government, industry associations and leading enterprises, and establish a cold chain logistics system of agricultural products with integrated production, supply and marketing based on logistics parks and processing enterprises as the core; Taking the logistics distribution center as the core, develop the short-distance cold chain logistics system of agricultural products in the region; Developing trans-regional long-distance cold chain logistics system of agricultural products by using third-party logistics.
