An Experimental Study of Fantasy and Painting Art
Abstract: People want to have a beautiful and ideal life, and many philosophers and thinkers like Plato and Aristotle always believe that there is an ideal and perfect country when they discuss the ideal, but the reality is always imperfect, and it is even dirty, chaotic and ugly. The reality is always imperfect, even dirty, chaotic and ugly. The work of the artist is to repair this imperfect life and reality through dreams, the expression of the human unconscious, to make it perfect again, and to preserve this ideal state of life through pictures.

I. The Significance of Fantasy and Life, Scientific and Technological Inventions, and Artistic Creation
Let's start from the Middle Ages, which has long been considered to be the darkest and most depressing. Neither the spiritual nor the secular life of the Middle Ages could be separated from the core of Hebrew-__ culture. While we think of the entire era of the Middle Ages as dirty, chaotic, and ugly, the Hebrew-Christian ___ also birthed an ideal of life. That social ideal was chivalry.
And in ancient Greek culture placed man in a supreme position in the laws of nature, because the Greeks believed they were most closely related to the gods. (Almost every Greek thought so.) They placed man in a high position, but were painfully aware that there were limits to both human greatness and human potential value. Combine the reality of the exaggeration of greatness with all the limitations of human beings (the greatest being that life is finite). The Parthenon is inscribed with the words "Knowyourself" and "nothinginexcess". The implication of these two phrases is that you are not a god. The combination of the two constitutes a Greek realization of the tragic future of mankind. In the face of human limitations, the significance of the dream comes to the fore. It is a means by which human beings ideally overcome their limitations and facilitate the fulfillment of their aspirations.
Dreams are both a continuation of our activities in life and their purpose is to enable us to transcend our daily lives and reach our aspirations. When in life we are preoccupied and grieving, or when we are doing our best to solve problems, or when we are immersed in joy and sweetness, dreams not only present moods and symbols of reality, but also produce content that complements the reality of life and makes our longings and feelings for it more intense.
Second, the significance of fantasy to the art of painting
Daydreaming for life, it fulfills the desire to live, make life full of longing and passion. Let all the creativity of the ideal of life erupt to the fullest, so that all the life of passionate fantasies as much as the phase of the influx. Many philosophers and thinkers like Plato and Aristotle always believe that there exists an ideal perfect country when they discuss the ideal, but the reality is always not perfect, even dirty, chaotic and ugly. It is the job of the artist to fix this imperfect life and reality, to make it perfect again, and to preserve this ideal state of life through pictures.
During the Renaissance, especially from Alberti onwards, it became fashionable for artists to talk about their art, and art detached itself from the mere "skill" of the Middle Ages. The artist's status as a craftsman gradually declined, while the status of intellectuals gradually rose. Especially after the publication of Vasari's "Biography of the Artist", further established the historical status of the artist. This period is mainly some technical guide, with the deepening of the Renaissance, art theory on the one hand, inherited the ancient Greek and Roman like Plato and Aristotle's theory of literature, on the other hand, and combined with the art of technology and practice in the development of new achievements, so that people's understanding of art and painting further deepened.
Cennini's Guide to the Arts was the first to place "fantasy" and "craft" on the same footing, since art, from ancient Greece to the Middle Ages, has always been traditionally a craft activity, with a strong emphasis on "fantasy" or "craftsmanship". The emphasis on "fantasy" or imagination was the emergence of the Romantic character of Renaissance art. Nicholas of Cusa's On the Theatrical Ball expresses the same idea: a visible ball is the image of an invisible ball that lies first in the mind of the artist. The mind alone has the capacity to create fictional things. The mind has the ability to create ideas and in turn develop this ability to represent them.
Leonardo da Vinci's theories of art are mainly found in his On Painting. Leonardo da Vinci believed that the concept of "idea" (disegno) was the soul of art, and therefore divine, and that it was the highest level of reproduction of God's visible work. "Idea" is a central concept used repeatedly by Renaissance artists and aesthetes from Alberdi onwards, almost becoming a mantra for talking about art and beauty. Alberdi had already defined "conception" as a distinctive plan derived from the spirit and expressed in lines and angles, and Vasari in the Biographia dell'Artiste first argues that the artist's creativity is first manifested in deliberate conception, and then in the externalization of the conception that is internalized in the heart, so that the work reflects both nature and the perfect form of the artist's heart, i.e., the conception. Conceptualization Idea is a form in the mind, but also a form to be realized by hand, in fact, is a balance between the concept of idea and sketch or draft to two concepts.
In Freud's theories, particularly in Leonardo da Vinci and a Memory of His Childhood, he further elevated the value of art in the spiritual sense, believing that the unconscious instinct is the true source of the artist's conception and creation. The unconscious is one of the three structural parts of the human psyche proposed by Freud, the conscious, the preconscious and the unconscious, and the unconscious is the product of a large number of instincts directly needed by the conscious mind, the main content of which is the sexual instinct. He thinks that Leonardo da Vinci has such a noble achievement in art is in his childhood Oedipus complex and his own sexual instincts transfer, so that the unconscious sexual instincts have become the fundamental driving force and the deepest reason for the decision of artistic creation.
Freud believed that dreams are the manifestation of human unconsciousness, and that only when a person is in a dream state can he or she relax completely, and his or her unconscious instincts will not be suppressed by the consciousness and will be released to the fullest extent. Artists are some of the excessive sexual instincts of the unconscious needs of people driven by the artist's creation and dreaming, a fantasy is the embodiment of a desire, but also an unconscious desire to meet, fantasy can not feel satisfied with the real life and desire to be released in the creation.
The artist is like a child, with great enthusiasm to create a fantasy world, precisely because the artist has a lot of unconscious instincts can not be realized, to use fantasy creation instead of satisfaction.

An Introduction to the Art of Digital Painting
Abstract: Traditional painting is an ancient art discipline, and the process of art creation has moved from simply imitating traditional media to using computer programs to create or automatically generate in the computer to achieve certain artistic effects. New technologies have led to new media, and the rapid development of digital art, an emerging medium, has changed the way art is created and the way art is appreciated.
Keywords: art creation, painting, digitization, digital painting
In 1946, the first digital computer, "Electronic Numerical Integrator and Calculator" ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Integrator and Calculator), was introduced at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States. In the United States, the University of Pennsylvania came out. In these 60 years, with the progress of science and technology, personal computers into the family, artificial intelligence computer-aided design field continues to develop, computer hardware updates, computer digitization is also developing rapidly, the artist to the digital technology applied to the creation of art, thus changing the traditional art painting creation, but also make changes in the aesthetic interest of art.
First, the traditional painting art creation
1. Art creation is a process of cultural activities to meet people's needs for entertainment games for the main purpose of creating virtual human life events. The cultural products created are called artworks. To create artworks loved by the public, the creators have to constantly improve the level of language skills in art creation and create new language styles. High level of language skills and unique language style, can make the creation of virtual events in the depiction of accurate and vivid and distinctive, so that the artistic expression and infectious force stronger, can effectively create a certain content and characteristics of the work of art.
2. The art of painting is an ancient category of art and is one of the most dominant forms of art in the fine arts. It can be used to create artistic images with the help of material materials and corresponding production methods, the use of pens, brushes, knives, fingers and other painting tools to splash, smear, topography, corrosion and other means of drawing, paint, ink, ink and other colored substances depicted and transposed to the plane of paper, textiles, boards, leather, walls or rocks, with lines, blocks, color, light and dark and other modeling factors, to form a visual image through the composition of the picture. Through the composition to form a visual image of the picture or image, to create a directly visible, and has a? The art of painting creates an image that can be seen directly and has a definite shape, volume, texture and spatial feeling. Painting art from the material, tools, the main types of ink painting, oil painting, printmaking, murals, watercolors, watercolor, gouache, drawings, sketches and so on.
Second, the evolution
The so-called digitalization, refers to the use of computer information processing technology to convert sound, light, electricity, magnetism and other signals into digital signals, or voice, text, images, and other information into a digital code for transmission and processing, or stored in digital form in the computer for future operation and processing. It is the use of computers as a tool for the creation of painting art, through the use of certain computer programs, computer information processing, each pixel with a number of binary digital encoding and the formation of virtual visual images, and input and output.
The first electronic computer for commercial use was patented in 1951, and in addition to a great deal of in-depth technical research, it also occasionally touched on music and the visual arts. The aesthetic value of early electronic art was not recognized because most of the developers were scientists who had no specialized artistic training. The young American researcher Noel can be regarded as one of the first "digital artists", who was influenced by Cubism, and used the computer to paint the abstract pattern "Gaussian Quadratic Equation" in 1963, trying to express the three-dimensional space in the two-dimensional picture. At this time, the computer was a technically difficult machine for a large number of artists to master, and digital computer painting, as a new medium, was still only an imitation of the traditional medium, and was not used to create mainstream art, create new aesthetic experiences and new value systems.
With the further development of computer functions, artists have gradually used the computer as a program control tool, treating the canopy as a canvas and laser beams as brushes for artistic creation, such as German artist Pini's Olympic Rainbow and American artist Ballard's Visualizing Time. Strictly speaking, they still focused on traditional media, not exploring art and technology, but figuring out how to cater to the tastes of the public at the time through the use of such fashionable machinery as computers.
Since 1990, as personal computers have become more popular and easier to use, a new generation of artists have become less familiar with their operation and have gradually turned them into a creative tool or medium. The process of art creation has moved from simply imitating traditional media to using computer programs to create or automatically generate art in the computer to achieve certain artistic effects. New technology leads to new media. The history of painting and sculpture lets us know that every revolution comes from the continuous exploration and updating of concepts and materials, and the rapid development of digital art as an emerging medium has changed the way of art creation, as well as the way of art appreciation.
Since Toussaint, the boundaries between art and life have been blurred; since digital art, the boundaries between true reality and false reality have been blurred. Digital art is a new medium in the electronic age supported by computer technology, and it is a great leap forward in the process of art getting rid of the visual-centered bondage. The development of technology promotes the development of the medium. The traditional concept, content and form of the figure are no longer prominent. The value of the artwork exists in the exchange of information conveyed through the medium, and artists will use the Internet as the largest art gallery to display their work and as a tool to communicate it directly to the public.
Third, the choice of painting tools
The digitization of the art of painting basically consists of two aspects, one is the updating of the design means, which is directly related to the development of digital technology; the second is the updating of the concept of creation, which mainly refers to the change of the creator's aesthetic interest. Technology is computer hardware and drawing software, the composition of the drawing software is divided into two categories of vector graphics and bitmap, Adobe's Illustrator software, Corel's CorelDRAW and Painter is the best of many vector graphics design and drawing software; Photoshop is the best software for making and processing bitmap images. The biggest advantage of vector graphics is that no matter zoom in, zoom out or rotate will not be distorted; the biggest drawback is that it is difficult to show the color levels of realistic image effects. Bitmap images can show rich layers, with realistic color photo quality images, the disadvantage is that a number of times after the magnification of the phenomenon will produce a "mosaic". Image quality is determined by the set resolution (the number of pixels contained in a unit area), the higher the resolution, the clearer the image, the greater the amount of information, the larger the file. Although increasing the resolution can make the image clearer, however, the size will become smaller as the resolution increases; conversely, decreasing the resolution will make the image larger and the picture quality will become rougher. The number of pixels, resolution and image size can be understood by the following formula. Number of pixels? Resolution = Image size. Depending on the requirements of the image output, a low can be set at 72 dpi for video display mode, a high can be set at 300 dpi for printer mode, and up to 2,570 dpi for phototypesetting equipment mode. Therefore, most artists use Photoshop software to create their work.
Conclusion
Currently, people and computers are in a relationship that is both contradictory and cooperative, with computers still working with people at their command, and artists utilizing computers as a medium for their creations. Compared with the traditional medium, although digital painting has its own unique artistic language, the basic principles (principles of perspective, chiaroscuro, color relationships, etc.) are the same as those of other art forms. In the history of the development of painting, there are thousands of means of expression, formal skills and style characteristics, regardless of which form, it should be the most important to rely on the visual to feel and appreciate the plastic arts, requiring the artist's artistic creation of ideology and art form to be a perfect combination of both the reflection of real life, but also contains the author of the feelings of real life, reflecting the painter's thoughts, feelings and world outlook, and at the same time also has a sense of beauty. In the digital painting art creation, computer hardware and painting software will be constantly updated and depreciation, we should pay more attention to the impact of digitalization on the concept of creation, only through the study of technology and then in-depth study of the creative concept of change is valuable, so that people are educated by the art of beauty and enjoyment.
