3. How to do SOP
The way to do SOP may be basically different in management mode and management mode, and there will be some differences. Judging from the actual situation of Guorui Company, we can generally proceed according to the following steps:
1) First, do the processes and procedures. According to the classification of SOP by the company, all relevant functional departments should first make the corresponding main flow chart, then make corresponding sub-flow charts according to the main flow chart, and make corresponding procedures according to each sub-flow. In each procedure, it is necessary to determine which control points, which control points should be SOP, which control points do not need to be SOP, and which control points can be combined to make an SOP, including each classification, which should be considered clearly and formulated.
2) determine the execution steps of each job that needs to be SOP. For the control points that need to be SOP in the program, the corresponding execution steps should be listed first. There should be a unified standard for the division of execution steps, such as in chronological order. If you are not sure about the implementation steps, you should communicate with more professional people in time and remove these obstacles first.
3) Apply the company template and formulate SOP. On the premise that these problems are clear, you can start writing SOP. When writing SOP according to the company's template, do not change the settings on the template; For some SOPs, some pictures or other legends may be added in addition to some text descriptions, in order to visualize and quantify some details in the steps.
4) Only by doing it with your heart can you make a good SOP.
