3). It is normal to have slight edema of penis head within 3 ~ 4 days after operation, which is the body reaction caused by anesthesia and surgery. Note that the swelling is pink at this time.

4). Don't wet the dressing when urinating. If it has been soaked by urine, it should be replaced as soon as possible. You can bring your own 75% alcohol or 1: 1000 bromogeramine cotton ball or isotonic saline cotton ball, scrub around the urethra after urination to keep the wound dressing clean, or soak the penis head with 1: 5000 potassium permanganate solution warm water every day.

5) Within 3 ~ 4 days after operation, take diazepam 2.5 mg and other sedatives before going to bed to prevent pain or bleeding caused by penile erection. Young people need to pay more attention, because the penis head and nerve endings covered for a long time are very sensitive, and once exposed, it is easy to erect, so avoid watching pornographic books and TV. And couples should temporarily avoid hugging and kissing and avoid sexual stimulation.

6) Maintain emotional stability within one week after operation, forbid sexual intercourse for 40 days, and try to avoid erection to avoid incision dehiscence, bleeding and infection. If you have an erection, take a deep breath and come to the hospital for a follow-up visit if necessary.

7). Use antibiotics according to the doctor's advice within one week after operation, and change the dressing the next day. If the dressing is wet, please come to the hospital or the nearest hospital to change the dressing.

8). Don't eat spicy food for a week.

9). If there is swelling or bleeding after operation, you need to go to the hospital for a follow-up visit.
