Why is the water outlet (spout) not designed at the bottom?
If it is a bottom design, it is not a good choice from the point of view of use and manufacturing cost. In addition, if the tilt angle of the spout is not large enough, it needs more skills when pouring, and it is more troublesome and laborious to use. If the tilt angle of the spout is relatively large, the water in the spout is far away from the flame center of the furnace, so it is not easy to boil the water in this part of the spout. In terms of manufacturing cost, because the spout and the kettle body are connected, the liquid level is flush, which means that no matter where the spout starts, it must extend to a certain height on the horizontal plane set by the kettle body. In this way, the water will not overflow easily if it is slightly inclined (or it will overflow when it is boiled). In this case, if you start from the bottom of the pot, the whole spout will be longer and the cost will be higher. Therefore, from the perspective of use or manufacturing cost, the spout should not be too close to the bottom of the pot.
