Ingredients: glutinous rice flour 30g, watermelon 1 bowl, butter 30g, water and sugar.

The practice of glutinous rice paste: 30 grams of glutinous rice flour, 30 grams of butter and appropriate amount of water.

Dilute glutinous rice flour into glutinous rice paste with a little water in a bowl. Then pour the glutinous rice paste into the pot, add about a small bowl of water and stir well. Popsicle. Practice: Remove watermelon meat (1 bowl), sugar and glutinous rice paste.

Put the watermelon in a cooking machine, add sugar and beat it into watermelon juice.

Pour the glutinous rice paste into the beaten watermelon juice and beat it again. Pour into the popsicle mold and freeze.

▎ homemade popsicles: chocolate vanilla popsicles

Ingredients: 480g milk, 50g dark chocolate, 30g corn starch, 2 egg yolks, 70g sugar, 2g vanilla powder, and 3 teaspoons salt1.

Put the egg yolk in the milk and mix well.

Add sugar and salt and stir well.

Add corn starch and stir well.

Pour the evenly stirred milk into the pot, put it on the fire, and cook it slowly with a wooden spoon while cooking until it is slightly boiling. At this time, you can feel that the milk has begun to thicken.

Divide the boiled milk into two parts, and add chocolate chips to one part while it is hot.

Stir until the chocolate melts completely.

The other part is added with vanilla powder and stirred evenly.

After cooling the two mixtures to room temperature, pour them into the popsicle mold alternately with a spoon, that is, a spoonful of chocolate milk and a spoonful of vanilla milk, insert them into the popsicle, and then put them in the refrigerator for freezing overnight.

▎ Homemade Popsicle: Milk Red Bean Popsicle

Raw materials: adzuki bean 1 20g, milk 200ml, corn starch 40g, water 500ml, sugar 70g, salt1g and evaporated milk 45ml.

Wash the red beans, soak them in clear water for more than 2 hours, pour them into a pressure cooker together with water, cook them for 30 minutes until they are soft and cooked, and then pour them into a small pot.

Pour in pure milk and bring to a boil.

Then pour in the sugar.

Add condensed milk and salt and stir well.

Corn starch is mixed with a little water to make water starch.

Pour step 6 into the popsicle mold and put it in the refrigerator for one night.
