What are the formulas of thermal insulation coatings?

Thermal insulation coating mainly plays the role of thermal insulation, so it is also called thermal insulation coating and thermal insulation coating. Its raw materials are different according to different principles. For example, barrier thermal insulation coatings are made of inorganic and/or organic binders, thermal insulation fillers and air entraining agents, while reflective thermal insulation coatings are made of synthetic resin as a base material and functional pigments, fillers, reflective materials and additives as auxiliary materials. Here are some formulas for thermal insulation coatings. Let's have a look. 1. What are the main raw materials of thermal insulation coatings?

Coatings that can play the role of thermal insulation on the building surface are called thermal insulation coatings. The use of thermal insulation coatings can create a comfortable indoor thermal environment and also play an energy-saving role. So what are the raw materials of thermal insulation coatings?

1. Barrier and thermal insulation coatings are generally composite silicate thermal insulation coatings, which are made of inorganic and/or organic binders, thermal insulation fillers and air entraining agents. Commonly used thermal insulation fillers include hollow glass beads, hollow ceramic powder, hollow fiber, sepiolite, vermiculite and perlite.

2. The reflective thermal insulation coating is made of synthetic resin as base material, functional pigments and fillers, reflective materials and additives as auxiliary materials, and its reflective materials are nano-materials, including nano-hollow microspheres, advanced emulsion, titanium dioxide and other substances.

2. What are the formulas of thermal insulation coatings?

There are many different formulations of thermal insulation coatings. The following are some commonly used formulas for thermal insulation coatings:

1, formula 1

37.5% of perlite, 25% of asbestos, 2% of high-temperature resistant adhesive 1% of sepiolite, 0/.55% of glass beads, 0/8.75% of aluminum silicate/kloc-0, 4% of porous powder, 2% of penetrant, 4.2% of floating beads and 4% of polyvinyl formal water.

2. Formula 2

78% water, 4.2% ceramic cotton, 2.9% asbestos, 4.5% sepiolite, 5.7% expanded perlite, 3.3% binder (7.5% polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution), 0.25% activated aluminum, 0.2% carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.5% penetrant and 831a.

3. Formula 3

20% pure acrylic emulsion, hollow ceramic microbeads 10%, mica powder 3%, filler 1 1%, pigment 1%, additive 1% and solvent 54%.

4. Formula 4

Polyvinyl butyral 13.5%, ceramic material 5%, mica 3%, talcum powder 10%, light calcium carbonate 3%, kaolin 8%, titanium dioxide 2.5% and solvent (ethanol/butanol) 55%.
