How to draw a flow chart in word
1, create a new word document, and display the drawing toolbar through View-Toolbar-Drawing;
2. Click AutoShape on the Drawing toolbar, and then choose Flowchart. Here you can see many shapes for making flow charts, and you can choose your favorite shape;
3. Click on the position where you want to draw the flow chart, and a virtual box will appear at this time;
4. Insert the graphics of your choice on the drawing canvas, and then insert;
5. We repeat the above steps and insert various graphics (as shown below, I inserted many different graphics);
6. Next, we need to establish the connection between various graphs. Here we use a very easy-to-use AutoShape connector provided by Word to establish the connection. ? See the figure below for the selection of connectors;
7. After selecting the connector autoshape, when you move the mouse pointer over the object, blue connector positions will be displayed on it, and these points indicate the positions where connector lines can be connected.
8. First of all, we use elbow connectors to connect graphics, and use arrows to connect straight connectors, as shown in the figure;
9. Draw a dotted arrow;
10. Next, we need to add text to the graph. Right-click the shape, click Add Text and start typing.
