Where is the Beijing Roadside Wine Bottle Sculpture
The Beijing Roadside Wine Bottle Sculpture is located on the sidewalk on the north side of Zhonghai Plaza at the intersection of Zhongguancun Street and the North Fourth Ring Road in Haidian District, Beijing. Designed by artist Wu Yichuan, the sculpture is a 6.8-meter-high, 5-ton bronze bottle-shaped structure with a flat bottom and a bottle-shaped top, symbolizing the traditional Chinese culture of drinking.
The sculpture commemorates the ancient Chinese poet Li Bai's famous line, "Raise your glass to the moon, and you'll be three in the shadow."
It is located in Zhonghai Plaza, one of the newest commercial and cultural centers of Beijing's Haidian District, which is home to a number of well-known companies, shopping malls, and cafes.
