Ask the difference between traditional karate and extreme karate.
The biggest difference is that traditional karate will stop at one inch, that is to say, the fist will be taken back before hitting the opponent, that is, in our China Wushu, it is allowed to hit the head (but it is not really hit because of the rule of stopping at one inch).
Extreme karate is full contact karate, that is, the opponent who hits the ground with his fist, which is of course more harmful and dangerous. Therefore, extreme karate does not allow fists to hit the head, fists can only hit the trunk, feet are far from the head, and the speed is not as fast as fists, so extreme karate allows legs and feet to hit the head.
The above is the biggest difference between traditional karate and extreme karate.
