Home-cooked dish rou steamed bun

Materials:

Minced meat, pork belly, leek, flour, baking powder, salt, soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, cooking wine, onion, ginger, chicken essence and sesame oil.

Exercise:

1. Wash the pork belly and cook it in a pot.

2. Cut the cooked pork belly into small pieces

3. Pork belly with minced onion and ginger and sweet noodle sauce.

4. Mix minced meat and pork belly with salt, soy sauce, minced onion and ginger, cooking wine and chicken essence, then add minced leek and sesame oil and mix well.

5. Add baking powder to flour to form fermented dough, knead it evenly, add additives, roll the skin, and wrap it in steamed bread.

6. Steam in the steamer 15 minutes, ok.

Sauced meat Kao steamed bun

Materials:

Ingredients: flour (self-raising flour) sauce pork, Chinese cabbage, water chestnut, mushrooms, eggs, and seasonings: salt, soy sauce, spiced powder and sesame oil.

Exercise:

Add star anise, cinnamon bark and onion ginger to pork belly, cook and dice, stir-fry onion ginger and garlic, add allspice powder and sweet noodle sauce, and stir-fry to get sauce meat;

Put the flour into a basin, mix the flour with cold water, and stir for about 1 hour for later use;

Blanch Chinese cabbage, chop it, add water chestnut, mushroom and minced meat with sauce, add salt, allspice powder, soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well;

Take out the dough, wrap it into stuffing, and make green steamed bread. Preheat the oven to 240-260 degrees, brush the baking tray with oil, put the steamed bread in, spread a layer of egg liquid respectively, and bake for 10 minute.

Steamed bread with milk yellow stuffing

Materials:

5 eggs, flour125g, custard powder 25g, milk 250g, melted cream125g, and fine sugar 400g.

Exercise:

1. Add 1 egg to material 2 one by one and adjust to stubbornness.

2. Heat milk and cream in water, add sugar to milk and stir until the sugar melts.

Materials:

600g ground meat, 6g salt, 6g sesame oil18g, 6g monosodium glutamate, 0g soy sauce18g, 30g salad oil and 0g onion120g.

Exercise:

1.) Add salt to the ground meat, stir and beat until it becomes sticky.

2.) Chop the onion, add the material 2 into the minced meat and mix well.

Kao steamed bun

Materials:

500g fresh pork, soy sauce 1 tablespoon (15ml), salt 1 teaspoon (5g), chopped green onion 1 teaspoon (5g), and 2 teaspoons of oil (30ml).

Exercise:

Chop fresh pork into minced meat and mix in soy sauce, oil, salt and chopped green onion. Roll the mixed flour into steamed bread skin and wrap the stuffing in the skin.

Oil the iron plate of the oven, and put the steamed buns on it one by one. You can spray water or oil them. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Put the baking tray with steamed bread in, bake for 10 minute, then take it out and spray water and oil, turn the bottom of steamed bread upside down to prevent sticking.

Then close the oven door and continue baking for 10 minutes. When the oven "ding" again, the steamed bread is cooked.
