The steps of Hakka drying bacon and how to do it.

Materials? Salt and pepper pork belly (can not be replaced by white wine) peanut oil

How to make Hakka air-dried bacon?

Buy pork and mix it with salt for one night (without washing)

Wash with warm water the next day.

Dry the surface water (usually for half a day)

After drying the water, take it out and pour in the spice wine and mix well overnight.

Take out the soy sauce the next day and sweep a layer of flower oil (to prevent flies) to dry. You can also directly pour the soy sauce and oil into the basin and stir well before taking it out to dry.
