What is a wood gasifier?

Principle of firewood gasifier:

Fuelwood passes through the gas chamber, and under the condition of airtight and lack of oxygen, it adopts the dry distillation pyrolysis and chemical oxidation reaction to produce a kind of combustible gas, which achieves the ideal combustion effect under the support of nitrogen and the combustion aid of oxygen.

The device system itself has the functions of biomass raw material gas generation, gas purification and automatic separation. When the fuel is put into the cylinder to react to produce carbon monoxide, hydrogen, methane, propane and other combustible gases, the gas is automatically introduced into the separation system through the purification device to carry out the procedure of purifying tar, soot and water vapor, so as to produce high-quality gas, which is transported to the infrared stove through the pipeline and burns very completely.

Performance characteristics:

Wood gasifier, involving the lower ash outlet, cooling jacket, water-cooled exhaust structure, furnace body, fast-opening upper ash outlet, inlet sealing cover composed of wood gasifier in the middle of the upper part of the furnace for the furnace, not only as a charging bin to be burned wood material, but also as a combustion chamber. The upper center of the furnace body is equipped with a feed port, and the feed port is equipped with a water-sealed feed port sealing cover.

A water-cooled grate structure is provided in the middle and lower part of the wood gasifier, which serves as the combustion grate of the gasifier. The lower furnace body below the water-cooled grate structure is provided with a sandwiched cooling jacket, and the water in the cooling jacket is connected to the water in the water-cooled grate structure for pump-driven circulation.
