Don't think it's just temporary fatigue, just sleep.

In fact, these symptoms are all "warning" signals from your eyes. You may have dry eye.

Dry eye refers to a variety of diseases caused by abnormal tear quality or quantity or dynamics for any reason, which leads to the decline of tear film stability and is accompanied by eye discomfort and/or ocular surface tissue lesions, also known as keratoconjunctivitis sicca. There are many reasons for dry eye, except for excessive use of eyes because of facing various screens all day, which are also related to work pressure, lack of sleep, electromagnetic radiation, dry climate, environmental pollution, unbalanced nutrition and other reasons.

The common symptoms of dry eye are: dry eyes, fatigue, lethargy, itching, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, tight and heavy eyelids, sticky secretions, fear of wind, photophobia, sensitivity to external stimuli, and temporary blurred vision; Sometimes the eyes are too dry, and the lack of basic tears stimulates the secretion of reflective tears and causes frequent tears.

Don't underestimate dry eye, not just dry eye. If you don't pay attention to it, you should intervene as soon as possible. Long-term absence of tears can lead to corneal epithelial keratinization, and severe absence of tears can also lead to corneal ulcer, infection and inflammation, and even blindness.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the key to the onset of dry eye is qi and blood, which is a problem caused by excessive use of eyes and insufficient supply of qi and blood around the eyes. If we improve the nutrition supply environment for the eyes, the eyes can get more abundant nutrition, so that the eyes are not easy to get tired. Just as we can exercise our muscles and provide nutrition for them by doing exercises.

Dry eye is a chronic disease that needs long-term treatment. Artificial tears are usually used. When there is a local inflammatory reaction, antibiotic eye drops can be used. Try to use artificial tears without preservatives. This is a temporary solution, so it needs systemic treatment, mainly to improve the nutritional status of patients and prevent secondary infection. Eat foods rich in vitamin A, such as milk, eggs and vegetables containing carotene; Oral cod liver oil and so on.
