How to make a backpack Handmade
First make a piece of patterned paper. A 12cm diameter semi-circle (red dotted line) is located in the top center and a 13cm long and 13cm wide rectangle (yellow dotted line) is located below. Place a marker (blue line) 3.5cm from the top of each end of the rectangle.
Preparing the fabric. The outer fabric (quilted) and the inner fabric are both 22 square centimeters, and the fabric for the pocket section is 22 centimeters wide and 13 centimeters long.
Preparing the auxiliary materials. The tape and adjuster are 25 mm wide and the yellow twill tape and velcro are 20 mm wide. Since the nylon tape is very hard, it can not be sewn with a sewing machine (it can be sewn with an inner fabric system).
Fold the pocket fabric "in front" and sew it with the sewing machine 5.5 cm from the edge (red line). In the center section about 2 to 2.5 cm wide, no sewing is required.
Turn it back to the front, clip the twill 20 mm wide twill tape (cut to 7 cm long) into the hole of about 1 cm, place it in the center of the twill tape, and sew it with the sewing machine (red line).

Also, place the twill tape (cut to 23cm length) into the upper part and sew the edges at the edges (blue line). Also, cut two sets of Velcro (20mm wide) to 2.5cm and sew in the corresponding positions.
Copy the paper pattern in the center of the inner fabric "back". Copy the markings from step 1 onto the fabric (blue lines) and make two 3 mm cuts at the ends (red lines).
Next, turn the inner fabric back to the "Front Side" and sew temporarily (blue line).

Sew with a sewing machine, taking care to leave a 'return opening' at the bottom. Cut off the extra seam allowance. It's best not to leave the entry and return openings too short.
Now start sewing the shoulder straps. Cut the pocket straps on the shoulder straps to 40 centimeters, 20 centimeters under the armpits each, and sew them together (4 positions on the red line). The backpack is ready.
