What is the quality of Taekwondo?

The quality of Taekwondo is very important in Taekwondo, and it is an exercise system that integrates defense and attack according to basic movements. The competition mode of Taekwondo Quality Competition is in accordance with the national competition sponsored by China Taekwondo Association. There are at least 5 groups of athletes in each group, and less than 5 people can be combined with adjacent groups according to the situation.
