Nimu Tibetan incense Tunba Tibetan incense is produced in Nimu County, Lhasa, Tibet, and is known as the first Xiang Sheng in Tibet.

Tuba Township in Nimu County is the hometown of Tumi Sambuza, the founder of Tibetan language. During the Tubo Dynasty in the 7th century A.D., King Songzan Gambo of Tibet sent 16 young talents to India to study Buddhism. However, only Tumi Sambuza finally returned from school and created Tibetan. Later, according to the regional characteristics of Tibet, he improved the incense technology he learned in India and invented Nimu Tibetan incense.
Nimu Tibetan incense has a long history of 1300 years. At first, Tibetan incense was mainly used for pre-Buddha sacrifices and religious rituals, so it was called "the first Xiang Sheng in Tibet".
