How to install electric stone mill

The installation steps of the electric stone mill are as follows:

1. Put the grinding frame, motor wheel and pulley, then put the iron plate, and put the discharge port in the opposite direction to the motor;

2. Put the half shaft so that the center hole of the iron plate is in the middle position, punch through the two nail stabilizing holes of the iron plate with a hammer, take out the half shaft, and then pad a layer of sponge with a thickness of 2-3 cm on the iron plate;

3. Put the lower grinding plate on the grinding frame, so that the two holes below it are inserted into the two stabilizing nails of the grinding frame, then insert the half shaft, adjust it to the middle position and take it out;

4. Lift the upper grinding plate with chain block and gently place it on the lower grinding plate;

5. Put the middle half shaft, connect the motor, observe the rotation direction of the half shaft, adjust it to counterclockwise rotation, put a cross channel steel on the mill, cut it at a height higher than the stone mill 1-2 cm, weld it to the half shaft, be sure to be vertical, and fasten the rope;

6, on the hopper, and fixed with thin wire, so as not to fall to the ground.
