What is the constitution of China Yi Jing Association?
Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 The name of the Association: China Yi Jing Association (abbreviated CYJA). Article 2 The nature of the Association China Yi Jing Association is a global Chinese volunteer to promote traditional Chinese culture or hobby and scientific research on the Yi Jing people voluntarily formed, with the formal registration of the international academic institutions, non-profit, non-political, voluntary, international, service as one of the social groups of the legal organization. Article 3 The purpose of the Association shall be to abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, to promote Chinese culture, to promote the innovative development of the science of Yijing, and to make a modest contribution to the peace and progress of mankind. Article 4 The Association complies with the relevant state policies and regulations, and accepts the supervision and guidance of government departments. Article 5 The Association shall actively resist all words and deeds that are unfavorable to the motherland, safeguard the dignity and image of our motherland, and love the motherland and the Chinese ****anufacturing Party. Chapter II Scope of Occupation Article 6 Scope of Occupation of the Association (1) Fully implement the national policy and strategy on the development of traditional culture. (b) To scientifically and actively study and develop the traditional culture of Yijing, macroscopically understand the dynamics of Yijing at home and abroad, collect and organize books, journals and literature of Yijing, and earnestly analyze and collect the results of Yijing that are effective for the development of modern society. (iii) To organize non-profit academic activities such as academic discussions or presentations on Chinese I-Concepts at home and abroad from time to time, with the aim of spreading Chinese wisdom and civilization, and promoting the motherland's I-Concepts and attainments. (d) Sponsor those who have achievements in Yijing and promote Yijing scientifically, help those who have practical difficulties in scientific research to solve their problems, and provide donations to the society from time to time. (e) Correctly guiding the development of Yi science and eliminating feudal superstitions, so as to make our country's Yi science really effective and contribute to the development of modern society. (F) Through the comprehensive strength platform of the Association, we are obliged to recommend excellent talents in Yijing to all circles at home and abroad free of charge, so that the talents in Yijing can have a large space to play. (vii) To set up external service organizations so that the Chinese Yijing can really serve the modern society in a scientific and effective way. Article 7 The membership of the Association shall be individual members. Article 8 A member who applies for membership must have the following conditions: (1) To embrace the constitution of the Association. (b) Have the will to join the Association voluntarily. (c) People from all walks of life who love the motherland, traditional Chinese culture and the scientific study of Yijing. Article 9 The procedure for membership is: (1) Submission of application for membership. (b) After approval by the Association issued to the Chinese I Ching Association members or other positions fine steel seal certificate. Article 10 Members enjoy the following rights: (1) The right to elect, be elected and vote in the Association. (b) To participate in the activities of the Association. (C) To obtain free publicity at home and abroad through various channels of communication of the Association. (D) The right to review and control the work of the Association. (e) Voluntary membership and free withdrawal from the Association. Article 11 Members shall fulfill the following obligations: (1) To implement the resolutions of the Association. (b) To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Association. Article 12 Members shall notify the Association in writing of their resignation and return their membership cards. Article 13 A member shall be removed from the Association by a vote of the Board of Directors if he/she commits a serious violation of the Articles of Association. Article 14 The voting right of the Association shall be the general meeting of the members; the powers of the general meeting shall be: (1) to amend the Articles of Association; (2) to elect and remove the directors; (3) to decide on the termination matters. Article 15 The general meeting shall be convened with the participation of more than two-thirds of the members, and its resolutions shall take effect with the vote of more than half of the members. Article 16 The general meeting shall be held for a term of five years. In case of any special circumstances that require early or deferred renewal, it shall be voted by the Board of Directors, but the deferred renewal shall not exceed one year at the longest. Article 17 The Council is the executive body of the General Assembly, leading the Association to carry out its daily work between sessions and being responsible to the General Assembly. Article 18 The powers and functions of the Council are: (1) to implement the resolutions of the General Assembly, the Council shall implement the system of responsibility of the chairman. (B) may temporarily elect and dismiss the president, vice president, secretary general. (3) To prepare for the convening of the general meeting of members. (D) Decide on the absorption or removal of members. (v) Decide on the establishment of offices. (F) Decide on the appointment of the deputy secretary-general and the main persons in charge of each organization and branch. (vii) To lead the organizations of the Association in their work. (viii) To formulate internal management system. Article 19 The Council shall be convened with the attendance of more than two thirds of the members, and its resolutions shall take effect with the vote of more than two thirds of the members present. Article 20 The Association shall establish a Standing Council. The Standing Council shall be elected by the Board of Directors and shall exercise the powers and functions as stated in Article 18 (1), (3), (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) between the sessions of the Board of Directors, and shall be responsible to the Board of Directors (the number of Standing Council members shall not be more than one-third of the number of directors). Article 22 The Standing Council shall be convened with the attendance of more than two thirds of the executive members, and its resolution shall be passed by the vote of more than two thirds of the executive members present before it comes into effect. Article 23 The Standing Council shall meet at least once every half a year, and may be convened in a simplified manner under special circumstances. Article 24 The president, vice-president and secretary-general of the Association must have the following conditions: (1) Love for the motherland and its traditional culture, and take the lead in abiding by the constitution of the Association. (b) In the scientific research of Yi science has a greater impact, and remarkable achievements. (c) The maximum age of the President, Vice-President and Secretary General is unlimited, and the Secretary General is full-time. (d) Healthy and able to work normally. (E) have not violated the law and have not been subject to criminal penalties. (F) Have full capacity for civil behavior. Article 25 The term of office of the President, Vice President and Secretary General of the Association shall be one to two years, [the maximum term of office of the President, Vice President and Secretary General shall not exceed two terms]. If the term of office needs to be extended due to special circumstances, it shall be voted by more than two-thirds of the members at the general meeting before taking office. In case of special circumstances, the Organizing Committee of the Association may convene the Advisory Board to directly appoint or remove the president. Article 26 The legal representative of the Association shall be decided by the Investment Advisory Board and the Director of the Association. Article 28 The President of the Association shall exercise the following powers and functions: (1) Convene and preside over the Board of Directors and the Executive Council. (B) Check the implementation of the resolutions of the general meeting, the Council and the Executive Council. (C) Sign important documents on behalf of the Association. Article 29 The Secretary General of the Association shall exercise the following powers and functions: (1) To preside over the day-to-day work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan. (b) Coordinate the work of various organizations. (C) Nominate the deputy secretary-general and the heads of the offices to the council or executive council for decision. Chapter V Asset Management, the use of principles Article 30 The Association's funding sources: (a) the Chinese I Ching Association of Investment Advisory Group from time to time injection of funds; (b) all sectors, including the Association's donations to the Association; (c) interest. Article 33 The Society is equipped with accountants with professional qualifications. The accountant shall not also serve as cashier. Accounting staff must carry out accounting, accounting supervision. Accounting personnel must clear the handover procedures with the receiver when they transfer their jobs or leave their jobs. Article 34 The management of the Association's assets must implement the financial management system prescribed by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and be subject to the supervision of the general meeting of members and government departments. Article 35 The assets of the Association shall not be appropriated, privatized or misappropriated by any unit or individual. Article 39 Any amendment to the Articles of Association shall be submitted to the General Meeting of the Association for consideration after being voted on and approved by the Board of Directors. Article 40 The amended constitution of the Association shall come into effect within 15 days after it has been passed by the general meeting of the members, after it has been examined and agreed upon, and reported to the management organ for approval. Chapter VII Termination Procedures and Disposal of Property after Termination Article 41 If the Association accomplishes its purpose or dissolves itself or needs to be canceled due to establishment or merger, the Board of Directors shall propose a motion of termination. Article 42 The motion of termination of the Association shall be voted by the General Meeting and reported to the competent authorities of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for consent. Article 43 Before the termination of the Association, a liquidation organization shall be set up under the guidance of the competent authorities of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to liquidate the debts and claims and deal with the aftermath. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation shall be carried out. Article 44 The Association shall be terminated after it has gone through the deregistration procedures by the management. Article 45 After the termination of the Association's remaining property, under the supervision of the competent department, in accordance with the provisions of the political strategy, will be donated to the social welfare cause. Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions Article 46 The Articles of Association shall be adopted on August 31, 2007 by the General Meeting of the members. Article 47 The right of interpretation of these bylaws shall be vested in the Board of Directors of the Association.
