Jiasha meat is a traditional dish of Han nationality in Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan, belonging to Sichuan traditional beet. Choose pork belly, red bean paste sandwiched in meat pieces, steam until soft, as a dessert. The dishes are white and red, fresh and sweet, fat but not greasy, and are most popular with the elderly. Casserole meat is one of the nine bowls of traditional steamed vegetables in Sichuan.
