An example of solidarity and mutual assistance
No.70 bis Xishan New Village is a seven-story residential building with 35 households. 10 years ago, Li Jilan, who lived in Room 70 1, suffered bad luck. Her husband died, and she was seriously ill, resulting in muscle atrophy and hemiplegia. The enthusiastic neighbors living on the first floor volunteered to take turns to take care of her and helped her through various difficulties. Now, her condition has improved and she feels life.
Sunshine and warmth.
The year before last, Li Jilan was suddenly paralyzed, and her neighbors helped to send her to the hospital for emergency treatment. After leaving the hospital, the neighbors talked about how to help take care of her life. Li Jilan has a son, and his daughter-in-law is also very filial, but they work during the day and can't take care of their sick mother. After discussion, the neighbors decided to care and help the family. Summer in room 505 is looking after my little grandson.
Wang Sanyuan in room 105 went to her house to be a voluntary "nanny" and did housework for several hours every day. Others often go to Li Jilan's house to ask about the cold weather and help with some housework. Over the years, neighbors, Xia and others have also taken the initiative to buy side dishes for her. Under the care of enthusiastic neighbors, sons and daughters-in-law, Li Jilan finally sat up from the bed and could walk slowly with crutches. As long as it is sunny, four or five neighbors will help her go downstairs for a walk, exercise, bask in the sun and go shopping.
Neighbors never pay for good deeds, and their helpful behavior infects other people in the corridor. Nowadays, the residents in this corridor live in harmony, help each other, respect the old and love the young, and actively participate in every public welfare activity organized by the community. In 2002, it was awarded the title of "Unity and Mutual Assistance Building" by Yinglongqiao Street.
The spirit of unity and mutual assistance was created by the people's army in the movement of unity, friendship and mutual assistance with classes and mutual aid groups as the basic units during the War of Liberation, and it is the concrete embodiment of the new internal relations of our army. Wang Keqin, a model worker, took the lead in proposing this form of mutual assistance, and his mutual assistance group became a typical example of unity and mutual assistance.
During the War of Liberation, with the progress of the war situation, the old backbone of the fighting class decreased relatively, and the recruits who joined the army from the liberated areas and the "liberation fighters" who joined the army from the Kuomintang prisoners increased greatly. How to combine the three closely and improve the combat effectiveness quickly has become an urgent problem to be solved. 1946 10, the Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Military Region launched the Juye Campaign. Wang Keqin, the monitor of the 52nd Regiment of the 18th Brigade of the Sixth Column, put forward and took the lead in carrying out solidarity and mutual assistance activities according to the changes in the composition of the troops and the needs of the war situation, and created the experience of "ideological mutual assistance, technical mutual assistance and physical mutual assistance". In the organizational form of this activity, there are usually several mutual aid groups in a class, and each group has a team leader. According to the principle of planned allocation and voluntary participation of the masses, mutual aid groups are reasonably formed to help each other in ideology, life and military technology during peacetime and training; Carry out physical assistance in the March to help the strong and the weak; Help each other in the battle, cooperate closely, and maintain strong fighting morale. Liu Bocheng, commander of the Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Military Region, and Deng Xiaoping, political commissar, spoke highly of Wang Keqin's experience of "three mutual assistance" and called on the troops to carry out the "Wang Keqin Movement" extensively. On July 1947, Wang Keqin died heroically in the battle of Dingtao. He summed up the experience of combining fighting with training, technology and courage, which inspired the troops to strive for success in killing the enemy, and made the spirit of unity and mutual assistance play an important role in the subsequent strategic decisive battle, strategic pursuit and struggle against bandits. After the liberation of the whole country, the Wang Keqin Movement has always insisted that the combat mutual aid group be written into our army's combat doctrine.
Now, our army also needs officers and men to unite as one. Grassroots officers and soldiers and backbones should be diligent, vigorously carry forward the political advantages and fine traditions of respecting cadres and loving soldiers, and further consolidate and develop the internal relations of unity, friendship, harmony and purity of our army. Soldiers should consciously unite and help each other, obey the leadership of officers and backbone, and faithfully perform their duties. Carry forward the spirit of unity and mutual assistance and do a good job in respecting and loving soldiers, and the people's army will become a rock-solid and unbreakable Great Wall of steel.
