There are many choices for the other three desserts, including red beans, mung beans, taro, watermelon, raisins, purple potatoes and cantaloupe. After filling these ingredients, sprinkle a layer of shaved ice and honey water on the surface, and a cool four fruit soup will appear before your eyes.

Noodles with gravy/sauce

If the batter is the representative of Minnan breakfast, then the pasta for lunch and dinner must be noodles. It can be said that noodles can be tasted in many cities in Fujian, but my personal favorite is the noodles in Zhangzhou.

The so-called noodles with gravy and toppings are actually added to the handmade noodles we eat on weekdays, among which toppings have become the most distinctive part of noodles with gravy. There are dozens of toppings for noodles. Braised pork, braised eggs, crispy meat, braised large intestine and braised chicken legs are the most classic ingredients in the toppings. You can choose your own marinade when you eat noodles. After selecting, you can pour marinade on it, and a bowl of rich noodles will come out.

Beef soup and salty rice

If the most distinctive staple food in southern Fujian, then I personally think it must be salty rice, although it seems that ordinary salty rice has become the favorite staple food of local people. There are not many kinds of salted rice. Passengers who like to eat meat can choose pumpkin salty rice, radish salty rice and diced pork salty rice. If they like vegetarian food, they can choose vegetarian salty rice.

In fact, when eating salty rice, the most suitable collocation is to order a beef soup. When you finish watching the salty taste of salty rice and add a bowl of shredded beef soup with ginger, you will feel a lingering fragrance in an instant.
