Laobeijing traditional tomato Meiere noodles
Composition:
Tomato sauce, eggs, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, noodles (raw), sugar, blending oil.
Exercise:
1. Wash and peel tomatoes.
2. Wash the eggs with clear water, then knock them into a bowl and beat them well.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces for later use.
4. Pour a proper amount of cooking oil into the pot.
