How to remove water from air compressor
As soon as the humid high-temperature air passes through the first-stage heat exchanger, a part of it is transferred to the cooled and dry output air and pre-cooled. There is a refrigeration loop in the second heat exchanger, and the evaporation of Freon refrigerant in this loop needs to absorb heat, so the air is further cooled.
In general application, it is enough that the temperature of compressed air reaches 5℃, but it is possible to make the output temperature reach 2℃ by modern methods. The input temperature can be as high as 60℃, but it is economical to obtain a lower input temperature through pre-cooling.
Extended data:
When the air compressor is working, air is sucked through the self-cleaning air filter, and the filter is automatically cleaned by PLC. After the air is automatically adjusted by the inlet guide vanes, it enters the primary compression, and the temperature of the gas after the primary compression is higher.
Then enter the intercooler for cooling (the water flow rate of the intercooler is required to be 1 10m/h), and then enter the secondary compression system. In order to prevent the gas in the system from flowing into the compression chamber (to avoid starting with pressure), a suspended full-open check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor.
The gas discharged from the air compressor pushes open the one-way valve and enters the exhaust muffler, then enters the primary aftercooler, the secondary aftercooler, and then enters the main exhaust pipe.
