Analysis of Ashveda
As a life science, it usually involves two aspects: maintaining and promoting health and explaining and treating diseases. As far as "maintaining and promoting health" is concerned, the Ahmeda contains all kinds of knowledge equivalent to what modern people call "health care"; From the perspective of "explaining and treating diseases", it is natural for Ashveda to understand, explain and provide solutions to the inherent phenomenon of life. Therefore, most people are used to interpreting and understanding Ashurveda as a technical system or medical system-"ancient Indian medicine" or "Indian traditional medicine" from a practical point of view according to contemporary subject concepts. But in fact, in the early days of human civilization, the connotation and extension of many medical knowledge systems were broader than what later generations called "medicine". For example, in China's earliest book records, medical classics and prescriptions are classified into the same category as "immortal magic" and "sexual magic", commonly known as "divine magic". Thought its * * * sex lies in this "everything is born, a Wang Guan keep it". For another example, in Greek, the original meaning of the word "treatment" is "service". Serving people with food includes both the knowledge of treating diseases with plants and the knowledge of nutrition. Similarly, Ashveda believes that the so-called health is not just to stay away from illness and pain, but to further realize physical, mental and spiritual happiness and enrichment. The core of China's basic theory of traditional medicine emphasizes the balance of yin and yang of human body, while Ahveda pays more attention to the relationship and coordination between man and nature, family, friends, occupation, civilization, ideas, habits, truth, mental waiting and self. In a word, the so-called Indian traditional medicine actually considers the body, spirit and soul as a whole when thinking about "maintaining and promoting health" and "explaining and treating diseases". It contains many problems that should belong to society, human relations and religion in the view of modern people, but in the theoretical system of Ayurveda, these problems are directly related to "health".
