What is flexible employment?

Simply put, flexible employment is a form of non-contract employment. They are two terms that describe the flexibility of the labor market from the perspective of workers and employers respectively. Because of their unconventional flexibility, they are also called informal employment.

Flexible employment is relative to fixed employment, which refers to various forms of employment that are different from those based on modern enterprises in working hours, income and remuneration, workplace, insurance and welfare, and labor relations.

There are several types of flexible employment. Flexible employment is a form of employment relative to formal employment, including part-time employment, hourly work, flexible working hours, temporary employment, seasonal work, informal employment, staged employment and other forms of expression. The main advantages of flexible employment are that you can control your time freely, and you can solve the difficult employment situation.
