How to control the boiler controller

1, turn on the 220V AC power supply, and the buzzer will sound.

2. Press the "Start" key, the buzzer will sound, the controller will be turned on, and the LCD screen will be turned on for display. At this time, the controller is in standby state.

3. After the controller is turned on, the operator can enter the running state (furnace opening), exit the running state (furnace stopping), manually operate the water pump, set the time, and read the alarm record through the keyboard. Usually, the fireman only needs to press the "start" button to start the furnace, and press the "stop" button to stop the furnace, which is very simple.

4. Press the "Start" key to enter the running state. The controller controls the start and stop of the burner according to the boiler water temperature state, and controls the start and stop of the water pump according to the boiler water temperature or water level state.

5. Press the "Stop" key to exit the running state, and the controller turns off the burner and the water pump (except the water pump delay).

6. In standby or alarm state, press the "Stop" key, the LCD screen will be turned off, and the controller will also be turned off.

7. Manual operation of water pump

Press the "Equipment Selection" key, and the water pump symbol flashes, indicating that the water pump is selected for operation. At this time, press the "+"key to switch between "automatic" and "manual" (when the water pump is in manual state, the manual sign will be displayed below the water pump graph); You can also press the "Set" key to start or stop the water pump manually (at this time, the water pump will immediately enter the manual state). Press the "Equipment Selection" key again to exit the water pump operation.
