1, setting method:

ColorOS 12 and above: go to settings > rights and privacy > private safe > set privacy password > set password reset method, and agree to use private safe.

Coloros11.0-1.3 version: Go to Settings > Privacy > Private Safe > Set Privacy Password > Set Password Reset Method, and agree to use the private safe.

Coloros version 7.0-7.2: Go to Settings > Security > Private Vault > Set Privacy Password > Set Password Reset Method, and agree to use the private vault.

2. Enter the "Private Safe" interface, click "Pictures and videos (photo albums), audio, documents, other (files)" according to actual needs, and add files to be hidden.

3. Enter the "Private Safe" interface and click ":"or "?" In the upper right corner. , select "Settings" of private safe to set privacy password, desktop shortcut, unlocking assistance (the interface turns on the "fingerprint unlocking" or "face unlocking" switch) and other functions.

Private file viewing method:

At present, the cloud synchronization function of private safes is only applicable to ColorOS 1 1 and above models. You can go to "Settings > Cloud Services > Cloud Synchronization Data > Private Security" of your mobile phone to confirm whether there is a private security cloud synchronization function and whether the private security cloud synchronization switch is turned on.

Go to mobile phone settings > cloud services, find and click the cloud service cloud.heytap.com at the bottom of the official website interface.
