Please put forward some reasonable suggestions on the implementation of the revitalization strategy of the old industrial base in Northeast China.

(2) Improve the modern industrial system. Optimize and upgrade traditional industries, accelerate the cultivation of strategic emerging industries, develop and expand service industries, and actively develop marine economy.

(3) Optimize the spatial layout of regional development and promote the development of industrial agglomeration. Relying on science and technology and human resources to enhance regional innovation ability. (D) Promote the sustainable development of resource-based cities. Vigorously develop alternative industries, focus on solving historical problems, and establish a long-term mechanism for sustainable development.

(5) Improve infrastructure conditions and form a relatively complete comprehensive transportation system and a diversified clean energy system.

(6) Strengthen the protection and management of key ecological areas such as forests, grasslands, wetlands and river basins, and strengthen resource conservation and energy conservation and emission reduction. (7) Take various measures to increase jobs and speed up the construction of affordable housing projects, including shantytown renovation.

(8) Continue to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and accelerate the development of the non-public economy. We will promote the reform of state-owned forest areas and agricultural reclamation systems. Improve the level of opening up in an all-round way and build an important hub for opening up to Northeast Asia.
