Seating arrangement in group cooperation

There is no doubt that teamwork is very important. But the external form of group cooperation, that is, seating arrangement, I think it is worth discussing.

Traditional seating arrangement, two people sit at the same table. When you need group cooperation, the two students in front turn around to form a four-person group, which is very convenient for discussing problems. End the cooperation, go back and sit down immediately, orderly.

Now, according to the requirements of experts, four tables are arranged in an F-shape. When I walk into the classroom, I often see four people chatting together. During the break, the four of them also whispered to each other. This seating arrangement really provides fertile ground for them to chat.

As we all know, discipline is the guarantee of learning. There are often many talented teachers who can't control their children. The teacher speaks on the stage and the students speak below. What's the use of such discipline? The results of class can also be imagined.

Personally, the success of group cooperation has little to do with seating arrangement. Regardless of discipline, forcibly putting four tables together is not a real group cooperative study. If teachers reject this kind of group cooperation and do not often carry out group cooperation, then this arrangement is only an illusion.
