Steps of Japanese worship practice:

7. cobra pose.
Hold your chest forward and be cobra pose. Keep your elbows bent and your shoulders away from your ears. Look up at the ceiling. Tip: when inhaling, push your chest forward gently; When exhaling, the navel is gently pushed down. Toes down. Make sure you can stretch more, not force your body.
