Formula: millet 300g, egg 1 piece, flour 200g, sugar 10g, yeast 3g.

1: Prepare 300g millet, put it in a large bowl and soak it in clear water for 3 hours. I bought Inner Mongolia millet, 7 yuan a catty. Millet in Inner Mongolia is more delicious than that in other places. Just soak it until it is crushed by hand.

2. Soak the millet to filter out the water, pour it into the wall-breaking machine, add 300g warm water, start the wall-breaking machine for 2 minutes, and stir the millet into rice paste. The finer the millet, the better. If you don't have a broken wall machine at home, you can go to the market and buy millet flour directly.

3: Pour the millet paste into a large bowl, add an egg, 3 grams of yeast, 10 grams of sugar and 200 grams of flour, stir it into a paste with chopsticks, and cover it on the hair surface for about 2 hours.

After 4:2 hours, the back was full of bubbles. Take 2 grams of baking soda, pour it into the noodles and add some water. Stir quickly and evenly. Take an electric baking pan and preheat it to 180 degrees. You don't need to brush oil. Dip the batter with a small spoon. The batter will automatically spread into small cakes, which can be spread into circles or rectangles.
