1. Milk and eggs. If it's a family of three, a bag of milk and an egg will do. We eat with our parents, and the dosage is relatively large.
2. Put the milk and eggs together in the basin and add salt. The amount of salt can be added according to personal taste. It will be greasy if it is too light.
3. Continue to add oil and yeast and stir. The amount of oil is about twice that of cooking at ordinary times. Put too little oil, and the fried fritters will dry up.
4. Add the right amount of flour, without water, and the noodles should not be hard.
When the noodles are almost the same, rub the noodles with oil by hand.
6. Cover with plastic wrap for fermentation
7. Grease the panel slightly, divide it into four parts, knead it into strips and flatten it.
8. Cut into small doses one by one
9. Put the oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, put the two doses together, hold both ends by hand, stretch them and put them into the pot. When the oil boils, turn it down.
10. Take out the drained oil after frying.
