What is the production process of solid wood furniture?
1, the general steps of product production; Raw materials, raw materials, processing and molding, paint assembly.
Material preparation: from logs to plates, etc. Comprises the following steps: cooking wood, sterilizing, setting, drying until the water content is about 8%- 12%, and then taking it out of the furnace for later use.
Rough machining: forming a product wood blank workpiece; Includes cutting, cutting, planing, planing and other processing procedures.
Forming: processing and manufacturing into parts that conform to various design shapes.
2, solid wood furniture production process:
Cutting materials (straight materials, bent materials), planing and pressing teeth, and connecting teeth.
Mechanical processing, installation, secondary drying, paint packaging and warehousing.
Mechanical processing: including gong machine, tenon, punching and mechanical grinding.
3, solid wood furniture coating process:
A. Pastoral and elegant painting techniques (19 series):
Spray the base oil for the first time (dry for 2 hours) and polish it for the first time;
Hand-painted (three times) and sprayed with the second primer (dried for 3 hours)
Coloring oil, grinding oil (drying for 3.5 hours), and packaging.
B, Yaming (16 series) painting process:
The white blank contains the platform of the first priming oil (it will take 3 hours to dry), and the color is rubbed and polished by hand. Oil the platform coated with the second layer of base oil (dry for 3 hours) and grind it.
Color matching (drying for 3 hours), grinding oil with colored oil (drying for 3.5 hours), and packaging.
4, paint finishing:
At present, the paints used in furniture are divided into five categories: water-soluble paints, nitrocellulose paints (NC), photosensitive paints (UV), unsaturated polyester paint (PU) and saturated polyester paint (PE).
(1), water-soluble coating: it is recognized as the most environmentally-friendly coating at present, because it uses "water" as diluent, and its volatiles are non-toxic and tasteless, which is widely used in Europe, but it has not been effectively promoted in China for the time being-the price is too expensive (the current domestic price is 150~ 180 yuan/kg). But this is the development direction of the furniture industry. The treatment method can be spraying or brushing.
(2) Nitrocellulose paint (NC): It is made of natural raw materials (raw paint), and the diluent is loose water. People in China have used this paint for a long time. Its advantages are environmental protection and easy processing, and it can fully maintain the three-dimensional sense of natural wood fiber. The disadvantage is that the oil content is low and the processing process needs repeated construction. This kind of paint is mostly used for mahogany furniture and products exported to the United States, Japan and other countries. The treatment method can be spraying or brushing.
