What do you know about high entropy alloys? metal

High entropy alloy (HEA for short) is an alloy composed of five or more identical or nearly identical metals. Because high entropy alloys may have many ideal properties, they have attracted considerable attention in the fields of materials science and engineering. Previous alloys may have only one or two main metal components. For example, it will be based on iron, and then add some trace elements to improve its characteristics, so the alloy obtained is mainly iron. In the past, the more kinds of metals were added to the alloy, the more brittle the material was. However, high-entropy alloys are different from previous alloys, and many metals are not brittle, so they are new materials.
