China's top eight liquor liquor
China's top eight liquors are: Moutai, Gujing Gongjiu, Wuliangye, Luzhou Laojiao, Xifengjiu, Jiannanchun, Dongjiu and Yanghe Daqu.
One, Maotai
Moutai is a traditional liquor produced in Maotai Town, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, and a representative of soy sauce-type liquor. Its body is mellow and thick, with a prominent soy sauce flavor, and it enjoys high popularity. With a history of more than 800 years, Moutai is made from sorghum and adopts the Daqu soy-scented liquor process.
