Selection of Crosspoint of Bass Speaker

It depends on what kind of speaker you are going to make. There are usually two ways to make double 8-inch dome tweeters:

One is a dumbbell speaker, two woofers are connected in series or in parallel to strengthen the bass, that is to say, this speaker is a dual-frequency speaker. The dividing point of the frequency divider is usually set at 3 to 3.5Khz.

One is a three-band speaker, that is, the woofer makes an inch of bass, the woofer makes a midrange, and it is equipped with a treble hard ball speaker. Usually, the frequency dividing point is set at 400hz to 800hz (the frequency dividing point is too low, which makes it difficult to wind the inductor of the frequency divider), and the middle and high frequency dividing point is set at about 4khz. It is recommended to use an electronic frequency divider for this kind of speaker.
