What are the symptoms of cervical spondylosis?
1.Cervical radiculopathy
(1) has more typical radicular symptoms (numbness, pain), and the range is consistent with the area innervated by the cervical spinal nerves.
(2) Positive indenter test or brachial plexus traction test.
(3) The imaging findings are consistent with the clinical manifestations.
(4) Pain point closure has no significant effect.
(5) Exclude diseases such as thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, periarthritis of the shoulder, and other diseases caused by extracervical spinal lesions that mainly cause pain in the upper limbs.
2. Cervical spondylotic myelopathy
(1) Clinical manifestations of cervical spinal cord damage.
(2) X-ray films show bone hyperplasia and spinal canal stenosis at the posterior edge of the vertebral body. Imaging confirmed spinal cord compression.
(3) Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, spinal cord tumors, spinal cord injury, multiple peripheral neuritis, etc. are excluded.
3. Vertebral artery cervical spondylosis
(1) There has been an episode of cataplexy. And accompanied by cervical vertigo.
(2) Positive neck rotation test.
(3) X-ray films show segmental instability or bone hyperplasia of the axis joints.
(4) Often accompanied by sympathetic symptoms.
(5) Exclude ophthalmogenic and otogenic vertigo.
(6) Exclude basilar artery insufficiency caused by compression of segment I of the vertebral artery (the segment of the vertebral artery before entering the 6 transverse foramen of the neck) and segment III of the vertebral artery (the segment of the vertebral artery before it exits the cervical spine and enters the brain).
(7) Vertebral arteriography or digital subtraction vertebral arteriography (DSA) is required before surgery.
4. Sympathetic cervical spondylosis
The clinical manifestations include a series of sympathetic symptoms such as dizziness, dizziness, tinnitus, hand numbness, tachycardia, and precordial pain. X-ray films show instability or degeneration of the cervical spine. Vertebral arteriography was negative.
5. Esophageal compression cervical spondylosis
Bird's beak-like hyperplasia in front of the cervical vertebrae compresses the esophagus and causes dysphagia (confirmed by esophageal barium examination), etc.
6. Cervical spondylosis
Cervical spondylosis, also known as localized cervical spondylosis, refers to pain and corresponding tender points in the head, shoulders, neck, and arms. There is no obvious degenerative change such as intervertebral space stenosis on X-ray films, but there may be physiological curves of the cervical spine. Changes, intervertebral body instability and mild bone hyperplasia and other changes.
