China Qitan is a collection of original online animated short films jointly produced by Shanghai Animation Film Studio and Bi Li, with Chen as the general director and Su Da and Zhu Beining as producers. It was broadcast in Bi Li, Bi Li 1 in 2023, with eight episodes in total.

China Qitan consists of eight independent stories rooted in China's traditional culture: the summer of the little devil, goose, Linlin, the country bus taking away the king's treasure and fairy, Xiaoman, Jade Rabbit, snack bar and birds and fish.

From the scenery in the north to the hutong, from the future universe to the local people, the story covers the nostalgia for the local people, the fantasy of science and technology, the motif of life and the thinking of human nature, showing the imagination of China people and bearing the national culture and philosophy of China.
