The festival custom of Youth Day is adult ceremony.

Youth Day originated from the May 4th Movement in China in 19 19. The May 4th Patriotic Movement was a thorough anti-imperialist and anti-feudal patriotic movement and the beginning of China's new-democratic revolution. 1939, the Northwest Youth Salvation Federation in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region designated May 4th as China Youth Day.

During the Youth Day, colorful commemorative activities will be held all over China, and young people will concentrate on various social volunteers and social practice activities. Many places also hold adult ceremonies on Youth Day. Adult ceremony, also known as "adult ceremony", "adult ceremony" and "adult ceremony", is a transitional ceremony.

Youth day holiday regulations

According to the regulations, "Youth Day (May 4th),/kloc-young people over 0/4 have a half-day holiday", but this regulation does not specify the upper age limit for holidays. In April, 2008, with the consent of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, the "Youth Day" holiday is applicable to young people aged 14 to 28, and more than 300 million young people will have a half-day holiday on May 4th every year.

After further clarifying the upper age limit,1more than 300 million young people between the ages of 4 and 28 will be able to enjoy the half-day holiday of Youth Day in accordance with the law and feel the care of the society for young people.

Since Youth Day and Women's Day are the same in nature and belong to some groups, if May 4th of that year is a public holiday on Saturday and Sunday, there will be no extra holidays. The relevant person in charge of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League said that there is no hard and fast rule on whether to have a holiday in the morning or in the afternoon, which is decided by each unit as the case may be.
