How to mix noodles with Dandong fork
Dandong fork is not made of flour.
The basic method is to soak the corn kernels in a big container for a long time. After soaking for about five or six days (short in summer and long in winter), the corn kernels become sour. After the corn husk is broken, these sour and soft corn kernels are processed into rough corn dough (with strong sour taste), and then processed into strips in the machine.
Our local families can't do it, so we can only buy processed ones.
Sour soup can be made by yourself. Corn flour is fermented with old flour. After it turns sour and thin, throw it into the boiling water pot with a fingertip (a tool) and add your favorite taste.
