Spring method in traditional Wushu
Usually, people who stand for the first time will be stiff and numb in three to five minutes at most, and their breathing will be stuffy. This is standing at high altitude. Ten minutes is a key point. If you can stand for ten minutes, you will be more comfortable, your breath will be deeper, and your numbness will become enjoyment.
My experience: it took me a year to adjust my posture, of course, I taught myself. If someone teaches you to adjust your posture to a relative standard quickly, you will start to increase your practice time. At first, you stand in groups of three minutes, rest for more than ten seconds, and do nine or ten groups in a row every day for about an hour. This gradually increases the time, about two months, and you can stand for ten minutes at a time. Of course, the pain during this period is inevitable. Ten minutes later, it was really smooth sailing. It only took one Thursday and ten minutes at a time, and the physical endurance increased rapidly.
So "ten minutes is more than". As long as you can get through it, nothing can stop you. It can be said that this level is the beginning of the three-way pose. Every time you refine a point, you get a point that will not disappear. Now stand for about an hour every day. Once I was delayed for about a month because of something, and I was worried that the previous exercise would disappear, but it took only two or three days to restore the original standing time. This is the wonder of traditional martial arts.
So, I think standing on a three-body pile for ten minutes is a big mistake. Besides perseverance, persistence is the most important thing.
I have some articles about the explanation of three-body potential. Please contact me by email if necessary. Email: disener321@163.com.
