What types of throttle valves are there?

1. electro-hydraulic throttle:

Electro-hydraulic throttle is mostly used in construction machinery with hydraulic system. It has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, large driving force and low power consumption. The conversion of electro-hydraulic control is mainly realized by switching digital valves at high speed, which has high control accuracy and low requirements for hydraulic oil.

2. Linear electromagnetic throttle valve:

The electromagnetic throttle adopts proportional electromagnet as controller. It takes electromagnetic force as driving force and control signal as current signal. It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, convenient control, fast response and good steady-state accuracy. However, its maximum acting force is limited by the number of coil turns and the maximum working current, and the required electrical power consumption ratio is relatively large under a certain working load.

3. Step motor throttle:

Stepping motor throttle directly drives the throttle shaft through stepping motor to realize throttle opening control. The driving motor usually adopts bridge circuit structure, and the control unit controls the stepping motor by controlling the number, frequency and direction of the emitted pulses.

4.DC servo motor throttle:

DC servo motor adopts pulse width modulation (PWM) technology, which has the characteristics of high frequency, high efficiency, high power density and high reliability. The control unit controls the rotation angle of the DC motor by adjusting the duty ratio of the pulse width modulation signal.
