Apple MAC laptops don't support regular mice

I can tell you for sure that mac laptops support regular mice, but of course you have to have a regular mouse that supports macs to make it work. I've used a regular mouse from Rebel on both my mac laptop and desktop. Of course if you're sure there's nothing wrong with the system, then the biggest possibility is that your mouse doesn't support mac well.
