The upper part is in Tibetan. The meaning of this word is very complicated and profound, because this word is the phonetic translation of Sanskrit on Tibetan, which is closely related to the profound connotation of Buddhism. It is also the first of the six words of the Kuan Shih Yin Mantra, which is most simply interpreted as "May all things be good and complete". The second half of the text is pictorial, and you can see closely the eyes and the "nose". To be honest, the drawings of the words on it are very rough and disorganized.
