Pastry practices

Raw materials: 250 grams of flour, 100 grams of corn flour, 30 grams of kernel dates, raisins, 60 grams of sugar, a little dry yeast, 450 ml of water.

Practice:

1, the dry yeast melted with water, pouring into the flour and corn flour stirred, kneaded into a ball, covered with a damp cloth and rise to the original volume of two times the size. (Proofing temperature of 35-45 ℃, is placed on the 35-45 ℃ water steaming, you need to control it, the volume becomes 2 times the size of the immediate stop)

2, fermented dough to a thinly floured board to knead, divided into 3 equal parts.

3. Roll 3 pieces of dough into round cakes, 1.5 centimeters thick, 20 inside diameter, and place on a steamer drawer, then sprinkle with a layer of red dates. (Because to make 3 layers, sandwich pastry, so to be divided into 3 parts)

5. Repeat the previous step, and finally sprinkle a layer of dates and raisins on top.

6, put the steamer drawer on the 45 ℃ water on the steamer, covered with a lid to wake up 1 hour, and then turn on the high heat to boil, turn on the low heat to steam for 25 minutes. (It is best to increase the volume by 2-3 times after awakening, so that the steamed pastry will be fluffy
