Legal provisions on overtime pay for Chinese New Year.

Overtime pay for Chinese New Year is at least three times the normal salary.

Overtime during the Chinese New Year is paid not less than 300% of the salary standard. National public holidays stipulated by the state are New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Labor Day, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. Article 40 During the following festivals, the employing unit shall arrange employees' holidays according to law:
