I, the main spiritual qualities of traditional culture
(a) the unity of man and nature
"The unity of man and nature" is the general characteristics of traditional Chinese culture, the most fundamental point of the basic spirit of Confucianism, Taoism, Dharma, Buddhism, etc., the starting point and destination. It emphasizes the unity and coordination of man and nature, and the consistency of man's moral rationality and natural rationality. Confucianism focuses on the spiritual value of human beings, aiming at the unity of heaven and man with virtue, doing one's best to know one's nature, and realizing the value and meaning of life in the practice of benevolence. Taoism focuses on the harmony of man with heaven, requiring people to be able to face the reality of life with a broader and more open mind, to transcend materialistic desires, "not to see, not to be, not to cut oneself down, not to boast", to make the best use of the situation, and to "act according to reason", "to make use of capital" in order to achieve success. They are not to see, not to be, not to cut themselves down, not to be proud," but to make the best of the situation, to "follow the reason" and "make use of the resources" in order to achieve success. Buddhists believe that everything in the world is changeable, people only cultivate to eliminate desire to reach the true self, the unity of heaven and man. The three pointed out the spiritual direction of man, aimed at emphasizing how to be a man, no doubt, for the modern people's life habitat provides a spiritual home, for the development of modern occupational culture provides the direction.
(2) Self-improvement
"Heaven walks in the right direction, and a gentleman strives for self-improvement." Humanity emulates the way of heaven, striving to be active and enterprising. This is the spiritual pillar and strong impetus for the development of the Chinese nation for five thousand years. Its requirements are to aim at establishing virtue, merit, and speech, to enter the world positively, to cultivate oneself and one's body, to consciously strengthen one's moral cultivation, to study consciously, and to be strong on one's own, and to "know oneself to be clear, and to be strong in one's own victories." At the same time, we should have the wisdom of the power of the negative. Be able to foresee both ends of the matter, see the light in adversity, and be able to adapt to change; in good times, be able to think of danger in peace and take the initiative to grasp the law, ride the time, respond to the time, in order to achieve prosperity. To cultivate one's self, to educate one's family, to rule the country and to pacify the world, one must exercise self-restraint, self-examination and self-cultivation from the heart, be steadfast in practice, and have a way of relaxation and relaxation in order to be able to successfully establish oneself in heaven and earth, to be able to do something, to be able to have a position, and to realize the "Sage and King inside and outside".
(3) Noble and neutral
Valuing harmony and adhering to the Middle Way is the spirit that penetrates into the bone marrow of the Yellow Emperor and the descendants of the Yellow Emperor, and it is also the main manifestation of the simple dialectic in the real life of the Chinese people in the past thousands of years. It emphasizes harmony and calmness, just right, put and take just right, do not go to extremes. Confucianism advocates the use of etiquette, and for the noble, focusing on harmony between people; Taoist pursuit of harmony between man and nature, people's physical and mental harmony, comply with the road and line, rate of reasoning and action, the establishment of a natural and harmonious order of governance; Mozi advocates both love and cross-benefit, advocating the realization of individual and social, moral and utilitarian harmony. These art of mediocrity are all extremely high moral realm and political wisdom, the brilliant art of dealing with the world. Mediocrity is to admonish people to do their own work, always bear in mind their own identity duties, abide by their duties, mediocrity should have the law, weighing and grasping the advantages and disadvantages, balancing all kinds of forces, and choosing the most appropriate, the most suitable for their own way to reach a higher state. To time in, in accordance with the time, grasp the opportunity, behavior is appropriate, according to the time power change, the executive two with the center, in order to win in the workplace.
The basic content of traditional culture and vocational culture integration education
Traditional culture and vocational culture belong to different subcategories of culture, but in modern society under the platform, but the college students, especially vocational students, vocational culture literacy education can be an organic integration. That is, from the perspective of general knowledge, the generalized integration of systems, customs and morals of professional society and professional units.
(I) Vocational Morality
Vocational morality is the core content of vocational culture, and it is the concrete embodiment of the dominant morality in the society in the vocational life. Morality is the core of traditional cultural emphasis. "The way of government, Qi Zi Zi punishment, the people are free from shame; the way of virtue, Qi Zi Zi rituals, there is shame and the grid". As in Confucianism, we should actively enter the world, improve our personal moral cultivation through introspection, mindfulness, study and action, etc., in order to help the whole world or to be good to ourselves, and to keep our duty, and in terms of profit and righteousness, a gentleman loves money and takes it in a proper way, and we should stick to the moral bottom line. As in the case of the Mohists, "Thick in virtue and conduct, eloquent in speech, and broad in the art of Taoism", "love one another and benefit one another", and the all-round development of virtue and conduct, speech and Taoism, and the use of the spirit of science and practice to promote profitability and eliminate evils. As the Taoist "according to virtue, follow the road and tend to", such as the legal system "to go to the heart of public justice", so as to strengthen the professional moral cultivation and enhance the image of the profession.
(2) professional norms
Professional norms refer to the rules, regulations and standards that must be observed when engaging in a profession. Without rules and regulations, practitioners should understand the policy, abide by the discipline, and form a high degree of self-awareness on the basis of interests, beliefs, and goals are basically the same. Confucianism's "self-restoration" and "matching name with reality", and Legalism's "study of criminal names" emphasize compliance with job duties and systems, and conscientious work. Learning Taoism, "the way of nature", to "do nothing" means to "for", let it become its own success, in order to do nothing. Learning Confucianism, "keen in action and prudent in speech", do not overstep the rules of the workplace, mediocrity and for, to grasp the balance, to achieve the "mighty but not fierce", "Thai but not proud", "and not flow", "reserve and not fight", "desire and not greedy", "joy and not lust", "sorrow and not hurt", "labor and not complain", "benefit and not fee", in order to succeed in the workplace to establish morality, behavior and speech.
(C) Career mindset
Career mindset is the practitioner's psychological response to professional activities. College students entering the workplace for the first time are unfamiliar with the professional environment and tend to regard their personal mentality as their professional mentality, which leads to their inability to better perform their work in the workplace. Therefore, we should make full use of the advantages of the integration of traditional culture and vocational culture to educate college students to have the ability to "know the nature" by "being attentive" and "responding to the nature" by "knowing the nature". "Responding to the sky", "taking advantage of the situation and waiting for the time", "the interplay of victory, but also the use of" the mentality, "know others, self-knowledge," and correctly recognize their own ", a correct understanding of their own virtues, abilities, strengths and weaknesses, not arrogant, not over-ambitious, not presumptuous. "If three people walk together, there must be a teacher for me", to be able to learn humbly, consciously and proactively. "Three times a day", learn to reflect. "Round on the outside and square on the inside", unite and cooperate with others. "Love one another and share benefits with one another", be kind to others and be tolerant and cooperative. "The benevolent man enjoys the mountain, the wise man enjoys the water", know how to give up, obey the overall situation, in the service, learning, dedication to achieve a win-win situation.

(I) Strengthen the traditional cultural literacy training of teachers
The key to cultivating what people and how to cultivate people lies in the teachers. The professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities needs a triple function: high learning, high moral and high skills. However, in recent years, the moral quality of higher vocational teachers is not optimistic. Learning high as a model, teacher morality. The attitude towards students, colleagues, work and society is the basic performance of teachers' moral quality, love, responsibility, fair-mindedness and so on, which reveals their charisma and academic charm, and reflects their traditional cultural accumulation, so it is important for teachers to cultivate their traditional culture. If the teacher's own traditional culture is not enough, it will have a great influence on the students' vocational literacy training. Schools should strengthen traditional cultural knowledge in the construction of the campus cultural environment, so that teachers accumulate tradition, familiar with the times, integrated, moral and technical, in order to be in the classroom inside and outside of the organically on the students to influence the point of view, so as to improve the students' vocational literacy.
(2) Inherit the Confucian education concept: "adult" education
In traditional culture, Confucian education thought has a great influence on the later generations, therefore, from the Confucian education of Confucius to find the roots of traditional culture and vocational culture integration of education is the first point of "adult", "adult", "adult", "adult", "adult", "adult", "adult", "adult", "adult", "adult", "adult", "adult" and "adult". " "Become virtuous". Centering on benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and faith, we adopt the educational methods of teaching without discrimination, teaching without tirelessness, teaching according to materials, inspiring and inducing, learning and thinking, combining teaching and learning, progressing step by step, returning from the broad to the simple, setting up ambition and enjoying the way, teaching by words and example, etc., and infiltrate the higher vocational students to cultivate their morality and conduct themselves in the world, so that the students of different ages, dispositions, inclinations, intellects, abilities, morals, knowledge bases, attitudes towards learning as well as their willpower can learn from them. Ge-ji and Zhi-chi to sincerity and righteousness to cultivation and attainment, forming a perfect personality and being able to make their own contribution to the unification of the family (to promote the harmony and beauty of the family) and the governance of the country (to work for the prosperity and stability of the country).
